What is HUSK Nutrition?
  • HUSK Nutrition provides easy access to one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions with Registered Dietitians.
  • HUSK’s Registered Dietitians are licensed professionals that specialize in a variety of areas such as Diabetes, autoimmune disease, high cholesterol, mindful eating, obesity, weight loss/gain, disease prevention, family nutrition, sports nutrition, and so much more.
  • HUSK Nutrition’s services are billed through a member/employee's insurance plan. Most insurance plans cover nutrition counseling 100% for a number of visits per their benefit year.

Are spouses and dependents able to participate?

Yes! Spouses and dependents are welcome to participate in the HUSK Nutrition program. They’ll use the same scheduling link provided to the member to sign up. HUSK will take their insurance information during an insurance intake call.

How long will the initial consultation be?

The initial session may be between 30-60 minutes, and the registered dietitian can help accommodate any time restraints you may have.

What can this program assist with?

This is not just for those looking for weight management or for controlling a current illness. This program is also designed to help with disease prevention, and optimizing your health and wellness.

What if my insurance doesn’t cover the cost of nutrition counseling?

HUSK Nutrition offers an out-of-pocket subscription option of $49.99 a month, for one 30-minute session with a Registered Dietitian. This can be canceled at any time.
