Group Exercise

Group exercise classes are available for wide variety of fitness levels with different movement and intensity options. Classes are taught by certified instructors and are largely included with membership.

Open Gym

Open gym is for individuals and families who would like to enjoy our gymnasiums. During open gym times individuals are encouraged to enjoy a variety of activities including playing basketball, kicking around a soccer ball or general exercise.
