We invite you to reach out to our staff with any questions you may have about STRIDE.
KATHRYN GUTE PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Kathryn joined the GOTR/STRIDE team in the summer of 2016 as their 5K Director, coordinating & planning the end of season celebratory 5Ks. Working closely with the other program and branch coordinators, Kathryn's role continued to evolve and in the spring of 2018, she assumed the role of Program Coordinator eager to continue to empower our team and volunteer coaches with the tools needed to make a difference in the lives of the children we serve.
SUE HOLINSKY VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Sue began her involvement with GOTR and STRIDE as a volunteer coach in 2012 at Pocopson Elementary School. She coached her son and two daughters through 10 seasons. In 2014, Sue continued her dedication to the programs by joining our team as a Branch Coordinator and worked closely with coaches and kids throughout the YMCA of Greater Brandywine branches. In 2018, Sue assumed the role of the Volunteer Coordinator and is thrilled to serve the community in that capacity. When she is not at the Y, you can find Sue running, playing tennis or just simply enjoying time with her family.

GEISA CORBITT BRANCH COORDINATOR - West Chester Area YMCA
610-643-9622 x 2129
Geisa has been a life long runner, so when the opportunity presented itself to become a coach with the Girls on the Run program, she didn't hesitate. She coached her first season at Exton Elementary School in the spring of 2016, and the next 4 seasons at East Bradford Elementary. She has 2 daughters, one of which completed 5 seasons of GOTR! Geisa joined the GOTR/STRIDE team in July 2018 and is very excited about the role and the chance to bring awareness to the programs for the children all around Chester County.
MARSHA HINZE BRANCH COORDINATOR - Kennett & Jennersville YMCA
610-869-9622 x 2514
In the spring of 2014, Marsha joined our team of STRIDE volunteer coaches at Avon Grove Intermediate School. You could find her on the blacktop behind the school, pushing her double jogging stroller, while enthusiastically coaching and cheering on her STRIDE team. Her three children, not yet old enough to participate in GOTR or STRIDE, were always there with her running, laughing, and learning along with her amazing team. She fell in love with the program and continued to coach for 6 more seasons. While she was sad to hang up her coaching hat, she was very excited to join the GOTR & STRIDE team as a Branch Coordinator in the spring of 2018 giving her an even greater opportunity to make a difference in her community.
REBECCA HAMPSON BRANCH COORDINATOR - Brandywine YMCA
610-380-9622 x 2415
Rebecca first fell in love with the program when her oldest daughter joined GOTR and asked her to be her running buddy. She then jumped at the chance to be a volunteer coach for the same team at Bradford Heights Elementary school for 2 seasons. And now her middle daughter is able to complete her first season. Rebecca is thrilled she has the chance to work closely with the GOTR and STRIDE coaches and teams as a Branch Coordinator and help spread awareness about these amazing programs in our area.
Katie is no stranger to running, but her involvement with GOTR/STRIDE is a new adventure. She's completed races of various distances, and is excited to bring her passion for the sport to the girls and boys participating in our programs in the Upper Main Line area. While this position may be new to her, Katie has worked for the YMCA in the past, and looks forward to taking on this new role as a supporter of the runners and volunteers. When she's not working, Katie is a proud mom to her three children, including a set of twins, and loves to read, and take Spin classes.
