Beginner Cycle 30
A great class for everyone ages 8 and up, but specifically programmed for those new to a cycle class. You control the resistance and intensity level of your ride. The instructors will assist you in bike set-up, posture and cycling technique. As part of the workout, the instructor will give detailed descriptions of the variety of work that can be expected in a cycle class. This class prepares you for any indoor cycle class. Ages 8 to 11 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
