Progressive Fitness

A fitness program to introduce health and wellness in our Wellness Center. Each participant receives an individual assessment of their personal fitness needs. Together we'll build flexibility, balance and heart health using proven exercise techniques. We will also talk about the importance of proper gym etiquette and hydration.
