Balletone is a ballet influenced conditioning program for the non-dancer-no dance experience is necessary!It's a cardio and strength workout that blends techniques drawn from dance, Pilates and fitness. All movements are low impact and easy on the joints.Balletone develops muscular endurance, core strength, flexibility and agility, all without equipment or props while burning 400-600 calories in an hour class. Perfect for all fitness levels and ages. And most of all it's FUN!
