Cycle Strength

A group cycling class that combines climbs, sprints and flat rides for calorie-burning cardio work on the bike with strength training for upper body and abdominal work. The strength training can be performed either on the bike with a heavy load in the legs or by dismounting the bike and working on the floor. This class is appropriate for all levels of participants.
