Post-Natal Exercise and Support Program

Stay strong, fit and more comfortable after giving birth. Exercise can help with some common discomforts of pregnancy and help prepare you for motherhood. Women who are physically active during and after pregnancy have less pregnancy induced symptoms, and faster recoveries! Cost shown reflects the annual rate and payments are charged monthly. New registrations are accepted anytime and there is no commitment so cancellation can be requested.
