Weight Loss Program
Losing weight can be challenging, but we are here to help. The YMCA's Healthy Weight Loss Program empowers you to lose weight by making small, modest changes and forming healthy habits that you can sustain over time. Led by a trained facilitator who creates a safe and supportive environment, the program meets one hour per week for 12 weeks. We do not advocate for specific or restrictive short-term solutions--we help you build skills for successful lifestyle changes. From reducing your risk of heart disease, strokes and the development of some cancers to increasing your energy level, strengthening your immune system and even relieving back and joint tension, the benefits of maintaining a healthy weight are literally life-saving.
