Muscle Toning and Weight Loss

In Muscle Toning and Weight Loss we will look at our Body Fat percentage and work on exercises to build long, strong muscles. Each week we'll create a new weight training circuit and learn how to modify moves to best suit our bodies. All fitness levels welcome!

Cost shown reflects the annual rate and payments are charged monthly. New registrations are accepted anytime and there is no commitment so cancellation can be requested.
