TRX Cardio Interval 45

Bored of traditional cardio? Register for this class and you?ll never want to get on a treadmill or elliptical again! Join us as we incorporate more cardio into our strength exercises. Whether it be jogging in place as you shorten or lengthen your straps or adding a burpee or jumping jack into the mix. You will not want to miss out on this 45 minute class and its positive effects on your physical fitness! Experience this fun and empowering form of exercise that will spark your interest and revitalize your routine. Users can precisely control how challenging they want each exercise to be. This type of training allows users to self-adjust the amount of resistance they want, making it suitable for people of all fitness levels by making small changes in foot, hand or body position. The TRX will help to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. Groups are limited to 8 participants so there is plenty of individual attention to go around. Cost shown reflects the annual rate and payments are charged monthly. New registrations are accepted anytime and there is no commitment so cancellation can be requested.
