Have you ever wanted to learn the fundamentals of Boxing? This beginner friendly program will focus heavily on the physical conditioning required to be in "fighting shape", while outlining the technical aspects necessary to Box safely. Classes are 60 min long, with a maximum of 10 participants. *This course does NOT involve sparring.Cost shown reflects the annual rate and payments are charged monthly. New registrations are accepted anytime and there is no commitment so cancellation can be requested.
