Foam Rolling

Foam rolling is a type of self-myofascial release in which pressure is applied to certain body parts to relieve pain. After a rigorous week at the gym, join us to learn techniques to help your body recover, resolve common mobility issues, and relieve muscle/joint pain. Cost shown reflects the full season rate and payments are charged monthly. New registrations are accepted anytime and there is no commitment so cancellation can be requested.
