Hang Tight TRX Demo
TRX is a Suspension Training System developed by a Navy SEAL to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. This class will push you to new levels of strength simply by utilizing the TRX Suspension system, your own bodyweight, and gravity. It will be a full body workout. The class will feature intermediate to advance exercises.
