Self Defense

Having some basic skills in Self-Defense can make a big difference in a dangerous situation. Being prepared both mentally and physically is essential. This class being offered addresses these two major areas of concern.You will develop the following skills over the course of a 7 week program:-Sense of awareness-Basic, but effective self-defense techniques-Making better decisions -Avoiding bad situations-Specific exercises-Confidence-Lateral movements-Gripping-Striking-Tripping-Assessing-Kicking-Maximizing power-Understanding body mapping
