Kids Tri Training Program

Participants have fun exploring all aspects of triathlon in this 10-week, curriculum-based, training program. Lessons on mental conditioning, team building, goal setting and safety are integrated into the comprehensive swimming, biking, and run training. Kids Tri meets twice a week for 10 weeks. The program culminates with the YMCA of Greater Brandywine Kids Triathlon at the Lionville Community YMCA.
