Happiness Takes Practice

Personal well-being, just like physical health, is something you make an effort towards. For two decades, positive psychology has been studying interventions that enhance your mental well-being such as resilience, gratitude, and mindfulness. This interactive workshop will provide an opportunity to try a quick and easy technique each week, and these habits can improve your well-being and therefore your overall happiness.
