Mini 2 - Summer

This training group is for younger swimmers just entering the sport. Swimmers must be able to swim at least 1 length of the pool freestyle (25 yards) with rotary breathing and 1 length of the pool (25 yards) backstroke in order to join. Primary focus is learning and refining all four competitive strokes, starts, and turns through instruction and drilling. This group trains three days per week for 60 minutes.
