Employee Assistance Program 
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a professional counseling and referral service designed to help employees with personal, family and job issues. The EAP is free, voluntary and strictly confidential.

Employee Referral Program 
Refer a friend to work for the YMCA of Greater Brandywine and receive up to $75 per referral.

Employee Resource Groups
The Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee networks that offer community, camaraderie and connections to the Association, giving employees a sense of belonging.
