Two YGBW Employees to Lead YMCA’s National African American Resource Network

The YMCA of Greater Brandywine announces the appointment of two employees to leadership roles for the YMCA’s National African American Resource Network.  

Heather Wilson, Chief Strategy and Growth Officer serve as the chair of the network and Jazmyn Hudson, Senior Association Director of Teen Development will serve as a vice co-chair.  

The National African American Resource Network is committed to dismantling systematic racism and eliminating barriers that impede the personal and professional advancement of African American Y Leaders. They seek to foster an environment where trust serves as the cornerstone, excellence is the standard and strength and culture are celebrated. 

The network seeks to establish equitable environments, facilitate networking and collaborations, work with YUSA National ERGs in partnership, create workplaces where diversity thrives and ensure equal access to all levels of leadership within the YMCA movement.
