The YMCA of Greater Brandywine is partnering with LCH Health and Community Services to provide free community health screenings to the community. 

A typical Community Health Screening provides each participant with vitals screenings, a short conversation with a medical provider about health concerns, and the ability to schedule a follow-up appointment with LCH. A Community Health Screening takes approximately 15 minutes per participant. LCH usually asks to see three or four participants at a time and can see a maximum of 40 participants per session.

Chester County Food Bank will join us and provide food insecurity screenings and special Fresh Market coupons!

PLUS: in our partnership with the West Chester Food Cupboard, each participant will receive a non-perishable bag of groceries.
